Student Account & Technical Support

When contacting us about your PAT account, purchase or a technical issue, please include your PAT username and enough information for us to identify and assist with your enquiry.

Examination Passes

If you have passed a CASA examination relevant to your PAT access, please email us with:

• your PAT username; and
• your Knowledge Deficiency Report (KDR) or other satisfactory evidence of your examination result.

We will update your PAT access accordingly.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email.

Refund requests will be considered in accordance with the PAT Terms & Conditions, including any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
